Before the session
Share the number of participants, office location, reference images and any fixed availability. Choose a coordinator and a space with room for the lighting, camera and background.
During the day
Plan individual appointments and time for setup, breaks and changes. Session length depends on the number of looks and how photographs will be selected.
After the photographs
Agree on selections, retouching, crops, intended use and delivery timing in the proposal. Discuss future hires so later portraits can sit comfortably alongside the existing team.
