The Weverton Cliffs are a 750 foot high overlook on South Mountain in Gathland State Park (Maryland), which is part of the Apalachian Trail. The cliffs overlook the Potomac River and the nearby mountains and valleys. The hike is approximately one mile with some steep and rocky inclines.
